DitDat is designed to be self-serve. That's why the price for using DitDat is so insanely low.

In theory, you should never need help from Customer Support. In practice, sometimes you will. 

We'll have to charge you a fee of $.50 per minute. During beta testing, this fee is waived, because we want to know what questions you have so we can improve our automated help system.
