Oxygen

Oxygen

Oxygen, a geeky science fiction romantic suspense space adventure by John B. Olson and Randy Ingermanson. What if you thought a guy was really hot, but he thought you were trying to kill him?

What if the two of you were trapped in a busted spaceship on the way to Mars, and neither one of you could survive unless you both could trust each other?

What if one of the other four astronauts on board was a weaselly guy that you knew you couldn’t trust -- but nobody else could see what you see?

What if the only other woman on board was in a coma -- and she needed your constant medical care to stay alive?

Oxygen is about deciding who you can trust when you just don’t have enough information.

Oxygen is a science fiction romantic suspense space adventure that takes you on a harrowing vacation in a cramped spaceship with four super-achievers who all want to be "the first man on Mars".

Oxygen was originally published in 2001 and published in a revised second edition in 2011. It won a Christy Award in the Futuristic Fiction category, a Silver Angel Award, a bronze medal in Foreword Magazine's science fiction category, and "Best Suspense Novel" from the San Diego Book Awards Association.

The New York Public Library named Oxygen to its prestigious list Books For The Teen Age.

Oxygen has a sequel, The Fifth Man.
